New Comcast Cable and Internet Contract - All residents will have access to a high speed internet from Comcast beginning on August 1st, 2012. The new cable/internet fee will increase to $75 starting August 1st, 2012.
3rd Floor Garage Project - UPDATE 5/16/12: The concrete work on the third floor garage has been completed. Please remember that all cars that park on the third floor must be removed from the garage starting on Monday, June 11th at 8:00a.m. until Friday June 25th at 5:00 p.m. The garage floor will be coated with 3-4 layers of grey paint and the parking spaces striped. Rain and the potential of rain will delay this project. We canot paint when wet. Cars will not be let up at all during this time period.
NATO Summit in Chicago - May 20th and 21st. The Chicago NATO Summit Committee has provided the attached information flyer for our residents regarding the May NATO Summit. Although we don’t anticipate the expected protests and possible violence to reach this far North, there are a large number of our residents who must travel to the city on a daily basis. I hope those residents who must travel to the city during the Summit will find this information helpful. Beginning May 19th part of the Lake Shore Drive will be closed. Our building will not allow deliveries or moves on May 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st. Outside workers will not be allowed into the building during this same time period unless it is an emergency. Building personnel will be allowed to perform work.

Fullerton Bridge Closing -Starting on March 19th, 2012 through December of 2012.
Hallway Project - The 4th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 18th, and 21st hallways have been completed.
3rd floor excercise room is open as of March 2nd, 2012. Party room will be closed until further notice.

If you are refinancing or selling your unit, all residents should give the realtor, mortgage broker, bank, appraiser or attorney the www.hampdentowercondo.com web site and have them click on the Realtors/Mortgage/Appraisers link on the left side of the screen. The owner of the unit will need to fill out a form (refinance or selling) and give it to the office of the building. All questions will be answered under this link. There are no charges to the unit owner if they use this link or they call the office directly. If the realtor, mortgage broker, bank, appraiser or attorney calls the office directly, a $35 - $125 charge will be applied to the unit owners account.
